Pre-writing
It's morning, the sun has risen. She has just woken up. It's 10am and she is putting her computer onto her desk to get started on writing. She starts rubbing her eyes then pauses to think. She starts typing onto her keyword, but the only thing she can focus on is the clicking whenever she uses her fingers to type. "Click" Clack"
I can improve on focusing more on what to write because I'm basically writing on what I'm think in that moment since its easier for me. I'm more focused on getting the assignment done then having fun and learning.
Responding to first essay: Slow reader
Benjerman Percy figured out that he can't just read an essay quickly without letting the information register in your brain because then you will just forget about it and have to read it over and over again. Once he reads slower and pay attention to the detail, then he will understand why authors write the way they do.
Being a slow reader means truly understands the authors writing. Slowreader's are taking their time understanding the essay/book and using their connections from other books they have read. Slowreader's are going into depth into the details of the book and asking questions.
Writing an essay: Here's ten effective tips
She is sitting on her bed with her computer facing her. The light though the window beaming on her back. She's thinking of what to write. The words start flowing in her head but is struggling to put them into words.
I think I could improve on more detail and use more fancy words to improve my writing.
During this progress, the two most important things I learned was "how can I have more fun with is?" and having fun with it and not being so hard on myself to be good on first try. It was fun writing about me in third person. it gave me a different experience. Exercises like these help me become a better writer, not just in school but in the future where I would use it in real life situations. Also "What surprises me with this subject?" because I am a better writer when I'm curious or interested on a topic we're writing about because it helps my writing be more flowy.
